The Pre-retirement program seeks to secure a better quality of life
For the purpose of offering a clear, realistic and satisfactory preparation for those employees who will be retiring shortly, in recent days the closing of the Program for Pre-retirement for Flat Glass took place at the Vitro “El Manzano” Park facility. “We provide the motivation and necessary knowledge so that the personnel who are close to retirement may successfully conclude their work cycle and clearly visualizes new challenges and fully enjoys those activities that allow them to fulfill, to the maximum, their ambitions”, points out Enrique Montemayor, Human Resource Manager for Float Glass. He adds that the content of the program facilitates: - Understanding what is retirement. Joined by their wives, the Vitro employees enjoyed the gathering that included diverse interacting dynamics such as recreational and sporting activities that encouraged getting along with the other participants. “We express our great appreciation to all of you as you truly have shown us your strong loyalty to the company and we invite you to fully enjoy this new stage of your life that is about to begin”, commented in the event Ricardo Matus, Manager of Human Resources for Vitro Automotive. In this way Vitro once again demonstrates that it highly values its human resource by trying to do something to secure a better quality of life for its employees and personnel about to retire.
