At Vitrocar we’ll change your broken car glass in a jiffy!
Vitrocar, market leader in replacement automotive glass in Mexico, launches a new advertising campaign for the purpose of strengthening, even more, its market position and increase sales. “The campaign message is very simple: if you need to change side windows or windshields, vent windows or sunroofs on your car, come to the professionals as at Vitrocar we can replace the broken glass in a jiffy with a brand new one”, points out Claudia Tamez, Head of Promotion and Advertising for Vitro Automotive, Replacement and Original Equipment. The campaign forms part of an aggressive strategy to continue consolidating an already strong performance for the company. “We are highly motivated, as during the first eight months of the year, we showed a 17 percent increase YOY vs. 2008, which tells us that we are on the right track”, assures us Carlos Bernal, Head of the Vitrocar chain. He explains that in these times of major market challenges, the company has implemented an ambitious plan for cost reductions that has been applied to all of our 189 outlets. “We have also put in place very attractive promotions that include not charging for the deductible or offering financing facilities of 3 and 6 months with participating credit cards”, comments Bernal. Our focus on permanent improvement in our service offered to the insurance companies is another area where we have strengthened our presence. “There is no magic solution to what we’re doing but rather the result of a collective team effort executed with dedication, enthusiasm and discipline that has prmitted the consolidation of Vitrocar’s leadership position in the market”, he finalizes. |
