Welcome to the first edition of Vitro’s monthly electronic newsletter that will establish a new way of communication with everyone who is interested in deepening their knowledge about the activities of our Company, founded in 1909 and based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

Since Vitro operates in nine countries located at the north, central and south of the American Continent as well as in Europe, including Portugal, @ Vitro is published in three languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.

In this first edition we highlight the creation of the Cátedra Vitro in the Tecnológico de Monterrey. This professorship will contribute to the efficient architecture students’ development, broadening their understanding of the special properties and applications of glass in future urban projects.
