Let’s hope it rains coffee… and if it’s Dolca, that much better!
In 1990 the Dominican singer Juan Luis Guerra cheered people’s hearts by singing his big hit “Let’s hope it rains coffee”. Now nearly two decades later and practically with the same cheer as then, the new presentation of the family of instant coffees from Dolca is launched into the market. We’re talking about Nescafe Dolca in a new 300 gram container, a product from Nestlé México that targets wholesalers seeking savings through volume purchases at Price Clubs. Vitro, through Vidriera Toluca, is supplying the containers. “One of the more attractive benefits we offered our client was the development timeframe for the cylindrical jar which was only 30 days”, assures us Gabriel González, Head of Marketing for the Food and Beer segments of the Vitro Containers business unit. We also reshaped the container to conform to the rest of the family of Dolca instant coffees. With regards to packaging materials, González speaks of the benefits and advantages that glass offers. “We have the guarantee that the characteristic flavor of a good coffee is conserved for a longer period of time in glass jars as this material does not suffer the phenomena of flavor or aroma migration”, concludes González. Few things in life bring more enjoyment than the flavor and aroma of a good cup of coffee. Juan Luis Guerra was so right….”Let’s hope it rains coffee”. For more information: |
