Jardines de San Lorenzo

The IMOLUX Fund, developer for the building complex, Jardines de San Lorenzo located on the Combatants Avenue in Lisbon, won a bid for the construction of a new and modern entrance to its urban complex by revolutionizing its outer structural circumference.

This initiative intends to add value to the accessibility of a complex that wants to become a reference point for the residential market of Lisbon.

With an investment of more than 5 million Euros, just in the areas with public access, the IMOLUX Fund not only opens a new four lane avenue that not only allows easy access to the private areas of the complex but also modernized all the surrounding areas and embellished the features of the  smartly designed public areas.

Vitro Chaves participated in the project by supplying the glass used in the glass facing for the building.

“A combination of different types of safety glass were used (MULTIPACT® TEMPLEX® and BOTONGLASS® MULTIPACT ® TEMPLEX®) with white interlayers”, confirms Alberto Gomez, Marketing Manager for Vitro Cristalglass.

He adds that the company supplied 10,700 square meters of glass for the building’s facing where the innovative concept stands out in every detail.
