A Bust of Don Adrián Sada Treviño is unveiled

  • The Governor for the State of Nuevo León presided over the ceremony and emphasized his long path in favor of education in Nuevo León

In recognition of the continuous impulse and drive he gave to the educational sector in Nuevo León, on last October 31, the State Governor, José Natividad González Parás, unveiled the bust of Ing. Adrián Sada Treviño on the grounds of CONALEP named after the deceased “Regiomontano” businessman and located in the municipality of Monterrey.

In the ceremony Adrián Sada González, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vitro, and Julián Eguren, President of Ternium México were also present.

The head of state emphasized the importance of these types of events as it gives us an opportunity to bring back to memory illustrious “Nuevoleoneses”.

“Throughout the long history of Nuevo León there have been visionary businessmen committed to the vision of personal formation, investing in education and constructing better citizens; among these stands out Adrián Sada Treviño”, commented González Parás.

He added that Don Adrián was a dear man, simple, capable, well educated and with a great executive capacity that permitted him to coordinate joint efforts so that Vitro could become a great international company with plants in different parts of the world.

“Well where he is now he certainly is watching with a great deal of satisfaction as Nuevo León and its educational system honors him for his visionary ideas which are now a cornerstone that has opened the possibility of personal development for many young people”, he told those present.
